Pastor Dave has been blessed to do life and ministry with his wife Dana for the last two decades. They have two older sons, Benjamin and Eli, both having attended Plainfield schools. Previous to Second Chance Church, he was the youth leader/pastor for 8 years at Indy Southwest Nazarene.
“I have had the opportunity to build relationships and minister to hundreds of students, all while realizing the hurt and brokenness of this next generation. My heart's desire is for people who don't know Jesus to have a life-changing encounter with him, so they may spread the Good News of Jesus to their families, workplaces, schools and communities.”

Tammie has been a member of Second Chance Church since early 2019. She has served in various ministries throughout her life and became the SCC Kids Director in August 2019.
Tammie earned her B.S. in Community Health Education from the University of Indianapolis. She currently resides in Plainfield with her husband, Scott. They have four children: Mackenzie, Brityn, Rebecca, and Connor. Tammie has a passion for providing children with fun lessons and tools to help lead them into a closer relationship with Jesus. Her favorite passage of scripture is Matthew 18:2-6.
Taliyah DuVall

Taliyah can usually be spotted at church with her fiancé John and their son Noah. Since joining Second Chance Church, Taliyah has not only grown in her faith, but also as a person. She has had the privilege to form many relationships through her journey at Second Chance Church and wants everyone to know one thing: "No matter where you come from or where you are on your journey, you are always welcome to come and worship with us!”
Brad rinehart

Brad and his family joined Second Chance Church in 2019. He helps broadcast service online to those watching virtually while his wife Marsha helps serve in SCC Kids for Sunday School, where their two children Owen and Olivia truly enjoy learning about Jesus.
Brad has been a teacher at Ben Davis 9th Grade Center for 16 years and while coaching the boys bowling team for 14 years, won two State Championships. He believes that service to others is exactly what God has asked us to do in our daily callings
SCOTT GEORGE

Scott is veteran of the United States Navy and a graduate of Ben Davis High School where he was a standout on the basketball team, where he led his team as a runner up in the Indiana State Finals. In 2018 Scott was elected into the Indiana High School Basketball Hall of Fame.
Scott is married to Tammie and they have a 4 kids. Scott is employed at Ben Davis High School and is Credit Recovery Para. When Scott is not working or spending time with his family, he works part time for the Indiana Pacers running the shot clock.
Becky Miles
SCC Kids & Bible Quizzing Coach / Board Member beckymiles@secondcc.com
Becky is a longtime member of Second Chance Church. She has a passion for helping children study the scriptures and form a personal relationship with God. On Sunday mornings, Becky teaches 3rd-5th graders, and on Sunday evenings, she leads the Children's Bible Quizzing ministry. She also serves on the church board. In her professional life, Becky is a software engineer with Civix, Inc. Her hobby is taking road trips with scenic driving through hills and woods, along lakes and rivers, and on backroads.
Jody Halcomb

Jody has been a member of Second Chance Church for 2 years with her husband Larry Halcomb. They have 3 girls, a grandson and granddaughter. Jody earned her certificate in Law Enforcement Chaplaincy in May 2023. She has worked as a civilian in Law Enforcement for 23 years. Jody has a love and passion for people, serving Jesus and being the hands and feet of Jesus to the church and community.
