We are located just north of US40 in downtown Plainfield at 238 N Vine St (view map).
Parking can be found in two lots off of N Vine St and N Center St, as well as ample street parking in the area. Street parking close to our building on Vine St is reserved for priority guests.
Our parking team just off of N Vine St will direct you to the nearest parking spot — just follow the signs and smiling faces in bright green vests.
As you enter the building our friendly Engagement Team will greet you — they can answer any questions you may have and direct you to where you want to go. Feel free to grab some coffee or tea in the lobby before an usher helps you find a seat.
You'll notice we keep it pretty dark: we do this to create an environment that limits distraction and helps maintain the focus on-stage. Our ushers have flashlights to ensure you find your seat safely. If you need some earplugs (the music is loud, too!), a Bible, or anything else, our ushers are happy to help.
SCC Kids is an environment designed specifically for children from birth through 8th grade to learn about Jesus in a fun, safe, and age-appropriate way. SCC Kids is located downstairs (immediately to the left upon entering the building). Learn more about SCC Kids.
We strongly encourage your children 5th grade and younger to participate in SCC Kids, but you may bring your child into the Worship Center for the adult service if necessary. We kindly request that you and your child sit in the back rows to help limit potential distraction.
Our services last a little over an hour. We start by singing two or three songs, with a short welcome in between. The speaker then preaches, and we end with another song. If you want a preview, feel free to watch a recent sermon, or join us live online during normal service times.
If you’re visiting for the first time, you are a very important person to us! Be sure to stop by our VIP table in the lobby — we’d love to meet you, answer any questions you may have, and give you a gift.
SCC has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, so dress however makes you most comfortable. We believe the condition of your heart is more important than your outward appearance — you're welcome as you are.
We are happy to help! Send your question to email@example.com and one of our staff will be in touch.Ask a question
